Aberdeen Action On Disability is a user-lead charity. Our main aims are to provide information, awareness and representation for the physical and sensory disability communities of Aberdeen and promoting equality. We also do our best to provide a sense of social inclusion, signposting to other useful organisations and advice.

If we can’t help you ourselves, then we’ll do our absolute best to find someone who can!

We’re very proud to say that “we’re about people, not problems”.

We currently offer to anyone who needs us, member or not:

  • Help and support with all state benefits. From applications to appeals- we can help!
  • Weekly drop in sessions. A variety of speakers, activities, coffee and biccies.
  • Out of hours Hydrotherapy sessions.
  • Disability Awareness sessions. Schools, workplaces, or anywhere else!
  • Music tuition.
